    Photovoltaic engineering harness is the core connection component of solar power generation system, which is specially used for power transmission and signal control between photovoltaic modules, inverters, junction boxes and distribution equipment. Its design needs to meet the requirements of high weather resistance, high current carrying capacity and long-term outdoor stable operation, and is widely used in ground power stations, roof photovoltaics, energy storage systems and other fields.

    Photovoltaic harness system mainly includes the following key components:

    Photovoltaic cable (PV cable):

    DC side: used for series connection between modules and string to junction box (such as PV1-F 4mm²/6mm²).

    AC side: connect inverter to grid (usually copper core cable).

    Connector:

    MC4/MC4-Evo (waterproof and dustproof, IP67/IP68 grade).

    Quick plug connector (easy to install and maintain).

    Joiner box harness: customized bundled cable with multiple strands in series and parallel connection.

    Grounding wire: corrosion-resistant copper cable to ensure system safety.

    Signal line: used for monitoring system (such as RS485 communication line).
